§ 3.2.100. ALAMEDA COUNTY AS AGENT FOR SERVICE OF PROCESS.¶
Pursuant to Article 2 of Chapter 5, Part 9, Division 1 of the California Revenue and Taxation Code, the City of San Leandro adopted Resolution No. 86-146 wherein Alameda County was named as the City of San Leandro's agent for service of process for any and all actions brought against the City for tax refunds and thus allows the County to defend the City of San Leandro in any and all such actions.
