§ 3.1.100. AUTHORIZATION TO SETTLE CLAIMS.¶

The City Attorney, in consultation with the City Manager, is hereby authorized to compromise and settle as the best interests of the City of San Leandro may dictate, any and all claims up to a maximum of $50,000.
