San Juan Capistrano Municipal Code Art. 11 Design Review Committee

A Design Review Committee is hereby created.

The Design Review Committee shall undertake and have the following duties, responsibilities, and functions, together with the powers thereto:

(a) The Design Review Committee shall review and make recommendations to development applicants on the design of projects for compliance with the goals and policies of the City’s General Plan Community Design Element and adopted architectural design guidelines and other policies regarding the design of projects that are processed in accordance with Title 9, Chapter 2, Article 2, Section 9-2.313 of this Code;

(b) To undertake such duties as may be assigned by the City Council.
