Article 1. Annexations

11-27-010 Fees.

Whenever property is proposed for annexation to the City, the following fees and charges shall be paid prior to approval of the annexation. Such fees shall include, but not be limited to: (A) a publication fee, and (B) a prior facilities fee. The amount of such fees shall be fixed by the City Council by resolution. Fees so paid shall not be returnable. These fees shall be in addition to other fees and charges that may be required elsewhere.

11-27-020 Prezoning.

Property may be prezoned in connection with an annexation petition or application in the same manner as provided in Chapter 11-26 SJBMC.
