Article 1. Denial and Reapplication
11-24-010 Prohibition – Exception. ¶
Reapplication shall not be made for any matter denied pursuant to this Title for a period of one (1) year, except upon a finding by the Planning Commission or City Council that there has been a substantial change in conditions or the content of the application such that early rehearing would be justified.
