2.08.4200 - Commission established.¶
The senior citizens' commission is hereby established.

2.08.4210 - Number of members.¶
The commission shall consist of eleven members.

2.08.4215 - Appointment process.¶
All members of the senior citizens' commission shall be appointed in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.08.180.

2.08.4220 - Functions, powers, and duties.¶
The commission shall have the following functions, powers, and duties:
A. Study, review, evaluate and make recommendations to the council related to any and all matters affecting elderly people in the city, including without being limited thereto, health, education, employment, housing, transportation and recreation.
B. Make such studies and submit to the council such reports or recommendations respecting matters affecting elderly people as the council may from time to time request.
