4.80.5170 - Alameda Community Benefit Improvement District Fund established.¶
There is hereby created and established the "Alameda Community Benefit Improvement District Fund."

4.80.5180 - Source of monies.¶
The source of monies budgeted and accounted for in the Alameda Community Benefit Improvement District Fund shall be monies received from assessment of properties within the district boundaries.

4.80.5190 - Expenditures.¶
Monies in the Alameda Community Benefit Improvement District Fund shall be expended on enhanced services and activities through enhanced maintenance and cleaning of sidewalk areas, information and safety services, and beautification activities beyond those provided by the City. In addition, the monies can be expended on administrative costs that support the Alameda Community Benefit Improvement District.

4.80.5200 - Interest.¶
Interest which accrues from monies in the Alameda Community Benefit Improvement District Fund shall be credited to this Fund.
