4.80.5010 - Shea Homes Advance Assessment District Fund established.¶

There is hereby created and established the "Shea Homes Advance Assessment District Fund."

4.80.5020 - Source of monies.¶

The source of monies budgeted and accounted for in the Shea Homes Advance Assessment District Fund shall be monies received from cost sharing agreements within the Silver Creek Development District 1A between private parties.

4.80.5030 - Expenditures.¶

Monies in the Shea Homes Advance Assessment District Fund shall be expended for the construction of public improvements as required by the City for development purposes.
