Part 9 — OBLIGATIONS IN CONNECTION WITH USE OF AIRPORT

25.12.900 - Disabled aircraft.

Aircraft owners and their pilots and/or agents shall be responsible for the prompt disposal of disabled aircraft and parts thereof unless required or directed to delay such action pending an investigation of an accident.

25.12.910 - Accident reports.

Witnesses of and participants in accidents on or within the airport shall make a full report thereof to the director as soon after the accident as possible, together with their names and addresses.

25.12.920 - Damage to airport property.

Any and all airport property destroyed, injured or damaged, by accident or otherwise, shall be paid for by the party or parties responsible for such destruction, injury or damage thereto.
