25.02.010 - Purpose of airport master plan.¶
The Airport Master Plan is intended to promote orderly management and development of the airport. The adopted Airport Master Plan shall serve as the basis for development of the airport.

25.02.020 - Components of the airport master plan.¶
The Airport Master Plan shall consist of text and diagrams, and may contain, but is not limited to, parts which describe goals and objectives, inventory, forecasts, airport capacity, facility requirements,
development alternatives, potential sources of funding, and an implementation program for the selected alternative.
