COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

3.12.010 Compensation.

The council may, by resolution, adopt such regulations to afford compensation to officers and employees of the city, by way of salary and other benefits, as the council may deem reasonably necessary.

3.12.020 Employee benefits.

The council may, by resolution, adopt such regulations to afford benefits to officers and employees of the city as the council may deem reasonable and necessary.
