25.06.010 Airport - Rules and regulations. ¶
All persons shall comply with all rules, regulations, and orders issued by the city and its officers and employees, regarding the proper use or occupancy of the airport or any portion thereof. (Ord. 25529.)

25.06.030 Violation of rules. ¶
A. Any person who operates or handles any aircraft, vehicle, equipment or apparatus or uses the airport or any of its facilities in violation of rules set forth in this title, in addition to being subject to the penalties provided for in Title 1 of this Code, may be removed from the airport by the director.
B. Any action pursuant to this part, other than as specified in subsection C. below, may be appealed to the airport commission in accordance with the provisions of Part 3 of Chapter 25.10.
C. Any hearing by the city council shall be conducted at a regular city council meeting in accordance with the council's rules for the conduct of city council meetings as set forth by a resolution of the council.

25.06.360 Preservation of property. ¶

25.06.300 Advertisements. ¶
No person shall post, distribute or display signs, advertisements, circulars, printed or written matter at the airport except with the approval of the director.

25.06.310 Dogs and other animals. ¶
A. No person shall enter the terminal building or landing area of the airport with a dog or other animal except a seeing-eye dog.
B. Dogs and other animals may be permitted in other areas of the airport if restrained by leash or confined in such manner as to be under control.

25.06.040 Applicability of fire prevention regulations, hazardous materials and toxic gas regulations. ¶
The provisions of Title 17 of this Code relating to fire prevention and regulation of hazardous materials and toxic gases, insofar as applicable, shall apply to airport tenants, licensees, permittees and other users of the airport. (Ord. 25529.)
25.06.320 Entering restricted areas prohibited. ¶
No person shall enter any restricted area posted as being closed to the public except:
A. Persons assigned to duty therein;
B. Persons authorized by the director;
C. Passengers under appropriate supervision entering the apron for the purpose of embarkation and debarkation.

25.06.330 Lost articles. ¶
Any person who finds lost articles shall deposit them at the office of the director. (Ord. 25529.)
25.06.340 Motorized equipment - Operation restrictions. ¶
No motorized equipment shall be operated on the aircraft loading apron or the aircraft landing area except by:
25.06.370 Roads and walks - Use restrictions. ¶
A. No person shall travel on the airport other than on the roads, walks, or places provided for the particular class of traffic.
- B. No person shall use the roads or walks in such manner as to hinder or obstruct their proper use. - C. No person shall operate any type of vehicle on roads or walks except as designated by the city. - (Ord. 25529.)A. Persons assigned to duty thereon;

25.06.350 Parking or stopping of vehicles. ¶
A. Vehicles shall not be parked or stopped on the airport other than in the manner indicated by posted traffic signs or other traffic markings.
B. No more than one vehicle of a ground transportation provider (other than a provider of taxicab services) shall be stopped or parked in any loading zone at one time without a valid waybill.
C. Each driver or other representative of a ground transportation provider meeting a prearranged passenger or prearranged parcel pickup shall display a copy of the waybill on any unattended vehicle in the manner prescribed by the director.
D. Ground transportation providers shall pick up and discharge passengers or deliver parcels, packages or baggage only at authorized locations, which may be designated by traffic markings or signs, or rules and regulations issued by director or by permit.

25.06.380 Sanitation requirements. ¶
A. No persons shall use the airport in an unsanitary manner.
B. Garbage, papers, refuse, and other materials shall be placed in receptacles provided for them.
C. No person shall use a comfort station other than in a clean and sanitary manner.
