4-7400 - FEES.¶

(1) An application for an ambulance permit shall be accompanied by payment of an application fee, which shall include the annual permit fee.

(2) An application for renewal of an ambulance permit shall be accompanied by payment of a renewal fee, which shall include the annual permit fee.

(3) The Board of Supervisors shall set the fees for administering and enforcing this Division. The fees shall not exceed the reasonable cost of administering and enforcing this Division as determined by the Board of Supervisors.
