3-9000 - CHARGE FOR SEGREGATION.

Pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code Section 2821, any taxpayer who requests segregation and separate valuation of any parcel in the current roll for the purpose of paying taxes shall pay to the Tax Collector, for deposit into the County General Fund, a segregation fee of eighty-five dollars ($85.00). This fee shall be paid at the time of application.
