10-6000 - DEDICATIONS AND IMPROVEMENTS.¶
In its approval of a tentative parcel map or other discretionary permit, the review authority shall require the applicant to provide dedications and improvements as a condition of approval as set forth in this chapter.

10-6001 - STANDARDS FOR DEDICATIONS.¶
Standards for dedications shall conform to the requirements of Section 9-1150.5 of the Development Title.

10-6002 - ACCEPTANCE OF DEDICATIONS.¶
The County Surveyor and the Director of Public Works shall accept dedications and offers of dedications as follows:
(a) Where dedications to existing public roads are to be provided for other than a Minor or Major Subdivision, as set forth in this chapter, the Director of Public Works and County Surveyor may accept dedications and offers of dedication, made by separate instrument, on behalf of the Board of Supervisors into the County Road System and to record these conveyances with the County Recorder as authorized by Chapter 2, Section 941(d) of the Streets and Highways Code.
(b) Where dedications of existing public roads are to be provided as a condition of approval of a tentative parcel map, as set forth in this chapter, the County Surveyor may, by statement, accept or reject dedications and offers of dedications that are made on such Parcel Map.
(c) Where dedications for easements are to be provided as a condition of approval of a tentative parcel map, as set forth in this chapter, the County Surveyor may, by statement, accept or reject dedications for easements and offers of dedications for easements that are made on such Parcel Map.
(d) Where irrevocable offers of dedication for potential future roads are made as a condition of approval of a tentative parcel map, the County Surveyor may, by statement, accept or reject irrevocable offers of dedication that are made on such Parcel Map.
(e) Where irrevocable offers of dedication for potential future roads, extension or widening of existing public roads or easement deeds are required as a condition of approval for a discretionary permit other than Minor or Major Subdivisions, the Director of Public Works is authorized to execute the Irrevocable Offer and Agreement to Dedicate Road and to accept the easement deeds on behalf of the Board of Supervisors.

10-6003 - RIGHT-OF-WAY WIDTHS.¶
Right-of-way widths for dedication shall conform to the requirements of Section 9-1150.5(d).

10-6004 - STANDARDS FOR FRONTAGE IMPROVEMENTS.¶
Standards for frontage improvements shall conform to the requirements of Section 9-1150.2(d) of the Development Title.

10-6005 - DEFERRED FRONTAGE AND ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS AGREEMENTS FOR FRONTAGE IMPROVEMENTS.¶
Where frontage improvements are to be provided as a condition of approval for discretionary permits, or other public necessity, but are not wanted, needed, or feasible at time of development, the Director of Public Works may approve Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreements to ensure construction of such frontage improvements.
Where frontage improvements are to be provided by an existing Deferred Frontage (and Roadway) Improvement Agreement and are no longer needed, the Director of Public Works may rescind said Agreement.
