San Francisco Planning Code § 890.7 Automobile Parking Lot, Community Residential

A use which provides temporary parking accommodations on an open lot or lot surrounded by a fence or wall for private automobiles, trucks, vans, bicycles and/or motorcycles for residents and visitors of residents of the vicinity, and for offstreet car-share parking spaces, as defined in Section 166 of this Code, when permitted by this Code, without parking of commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, mobile homes, boats or other vehicles or long-term storage of vehicles.
