In the Chinatown Community Business District, the Chinatown Visitor Retail District and the Chinatown Residential Neighborhood Commercial Districts established by the use provisions of Articles 2 and 8 of this Code, in order to insure consideration of sun access on adjacent public sidewalk as specified in Section 132.3, whenever a height limit of more than 35 feet is prescribed by the Height and Bulk District in which the property is located, any building or structure
