It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in, conduct or carry on, or permit to be engaged in, conducted or carried on in any premises in
the City and County of San Francisco, the operation of a Public Photography Studio as defined herein, without first obtaining a permit from the Police Department. (Added by Ord. 428-74, App. 9/5/74)
SEC. 1073.2.1. EMPLOYEE PERMIT REQUIRED.¶
It shall be unlawful for any person, as defined in Section 1073.1(h), to perform any service for a customer of a Public Photography Studio without first securing a permit from the Chief of Police. (Added by Ord. 428-74, App. 9/5/74)
