SECTION 3302 – CONSTRUCTION SAFEGUARDS
3301 Add a section as follows:
3301.6 Fencing. Provide for the enclosing, fencing, and boarding up or by fire watch or other means of preventing access to the site by unauthorized persons when work is not in progress.
