Editor’s Note: As part of the revision and consolidation of Administrative Code provisions relating to indigent aid programs, the sections of former Article XI (Supplemental Security Income Pending (SSIP)) were repealed by Ord. 153-16, approved 8/1/2016, effective 8/31/2016, operative 1/1/2017. Successor provisions have been codified in Chapter 20, Article VII, which was renamed “County Adult Assistance Programs.”
