SEC. 11.73. DUTY TO IDENTIFY POTENTIAL VIOLATIONS.

The Department of Public Works and the Department shall identify potential violations of this Chapter, a Franchise, or a UCP. In consultation with the City Attorney's Office, the Department shall take appropriate action to resolve violations of this Chapter, a Franchise, or a UCP.
