SEC. 11.66. INDEMNIFICATION.

In addition to an indemnification provision required by the City's Risk Manager, a Franchise granted pursuant to this Chapter shall require a Grantee to indemnify the City for any costs associated with defending the award of a Franchise to Grantee.
