Editor's note— Ord. No. 1539, § 2, adopted Nov. 4, 2002, changed the title of art. II from "Trees, Shrubs and Plants on Public Property" to "Comprehensive Tree Management Program". Section 3 of said ordinance amended div. 1 of art. II in its entirety, in effect repealing and reenacting said division as herein set out. The former div. 1 pertained to trees, shrubs and plants of public property generally, and derived from Code 1957, §§ 27.2—27.11.
