Sec. 90-941. - Amending of local speed limits.¶
It is determined and declared, upon the basis of an engineering and traffic investigation, that for safe operation of vehicles on the following streets the prima facie speed limit shall be as set forth on those designated streets or parts of streets when signs are erected giving notice thereof, in accordance with Vehicle Code § 22358:

Sec. 90-942. - Amending of speed limits on narrow streets.¶
It is determined upon the basis of an engineering and traffic investigation that the state prima facie speed limit of 25 miles per hour in a business or residence district or in a public park on any street having a roadway not exceeding 25 feet in width is more than is reasonable or safe under the conditions found to exist upon such streets, and it is declared that the prima facie speed limit shall be 15 miles per hour on those designated streets or parts thereof when signs are erected giving notice thereof, in accordance with Vehicle Code § 22358.3:

Sec. 90-944. - One-way alleys.¶
In accordance with section 90-487 of this chapter and when properly signposted, traffic shall move only in the direction indicated upon the following alleys:
First Street and Second Street.
Northwesterly on the alley parallel to and between First Street and Second Street and between Hagar Street and Maclay Avenue.
Southeasterly on the alley parallel to and between First Street and Second Street and between Maclay Avenue and Macneil Street.
Maclay Avenue and Hagar Street. Southwesterly on the alley parallel to and between Maclay Avenue and Hagar Street and between Second Street and First Street.
Maclay Avenue and Macneil Street. Southwesterly on the alley parallel to and between Maclay Avenue and Macneil Street and between Second Street and the alley.
Maclay Avenue and Mission Boulevard. Southwesterly on the alley parallel to and between Maclay Avenue and Mission Boulevard and between Celis Street and Pico Street.
San Fernando Road and Celis Street. Southeasterly on the alley parallel to and between San Fernando Road and Celis Street and lying between Brand Boulevard and Maclay Avenue to its intersection with the alley running at right angles thereto and parallel to Brand Boulevard and extending to Celis Street; thence southwesterly along the alley to the alley's intersection with Celis Street.
San Fernando Road and Truman Street. Southeasterly on the alley parallel to and between San Fernando Road and Truman Street and between:
Maclay Avenue and Brand Boulevard.
Maclay Avenue and Mission Boulevard.

Sec. 90-945. - Through streets.¶
In accordance with section 90-499 of this chapter and when signs are erected giving notice thereof, drivers of vehicles shall stop at the entrances of all streets in the city intersecting the following through streets, except where specific exception is made:
Brand Boulevard, except at San Fernando Road, Truman Street, Library Street, Seventh Street and Eighth Street.
Chatsworth Drive, except at San Fernando Road.
Eighth Street, except at Maclay Avenue and Arroyo Avenue.
Fifth Street, except at Maclay Avenue.
First Street, except at Hubbard Avenue, Maclay Avenue, Brand Boulevard, Jessie Street and Park Avenue.
Fourth Street, except at Maclay Avenue, Brand Boulevard and Park Avenue.
Glenoaks Boulevard, except at Maclay Avenue.

Sec. 90-946. - Stop intersections.¶
In accordance with section 90-498 of this chapter and when signs are erected giving notice thereof, drivers of vehicles shall stop at the entrance to those intersections described as follows:

Sec. 90-947. - Angle parking.¶
In accordance with subsection 90-201(c) of this chapter and when signs or markings are in place giving notice thereof, drivers of vehicles may stand or park a vehicle only as indicated by such markings or signs on the following streets or portions thereof:
First Street, both sides between Park Avenue and the southeasterly city boundary line.
Harding Avenue, both sides between First Street and the Southern Pacific Railroad right-of-way boundary line.
Park Avenue, both sides of the southeasterly roadway portion between First Street and Fourth Street.

Sec. 90-948. - Two-hour parking areas.¶
In accordance with section 90-212 of this chapter, parking is limited to two hours between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on any day, except Sundays and holidays, upon any of the following streets or portions thereof:
Brand Boulevard between the southwesterly line of the Southern Pacific Railroad right-of-way and the northeasterly line of Hollister Street, excepting therefrom such portion thereof as may be established for a 12-minute zone.
Brand Boulevard between Third Street to Library Avenue.
Celis Street between:
Mission Boulevard and Workman Street.
The southeasterly line of Mission Boulevard and the northwesterly line of Chatsworth Drive.
Chatsworth Drive between:
Kewen Street and the southwesterly city boundary.
The southwesterly line of San Fernando Road and the northeasterly line of Pico Street.
Coronel Street between Mission Boulevard and Brand Boulevard.
DeFoe Street between Maclay Avenue and Brand Boulevard.
DeGarmo Street between Harding Avenue and Griswold Avenue.
DeHaven Street between Maclay Avenue and Griswold Avenue.
Eighth Street between Harding Avenue and Brand Boulevard.
Fifth Street between the northwesterly and southwesterly city boundaries.

Sec. 90-949. - Three-hour parking lots.¶
In accordance with section 90-213 of this chapter, parking is limited to three hours between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on any day, except Sundays and holidays, upon any of the following municipal parking lots or portions thereof; provided, however, that this section shall not apply to any vehicle which has affixed thereon a valid permit on such municipal parking lot, issued pursuant to any city resolution or ordinance:
(1) Municipal Parking Lot 2.
(2) Municipal Parking Lot 9.

Sec. 90-950. - Unlimited parking areas.¶
In accordance with section 90-214 of this chapter, parking is allowed for an unlimited time period between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. on any day at the following municipal parking lots:
(1) Municipal Parking Lot 3.
(2) Municipal Parking Lot 4.
(3) Municipal Parking Lot 5.
(4) Municipal Parking Lot 8.
(5) Municipal Parking Lot 10.
(6) Municipal Parking Lot 11.
(7) Municipal Parking Lot 12.

Sec. 90-951. - Parking prohibited at all times.¶
In accordance with section 90-216 of this chapter and when signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall at any time park a vehicle upon any of the following described streets or parts of streets:
Carlisle Street, between Pico Street and O'Melveny Street.
Fermoore Street (half street), between Second Street and a point 290 feet southwesterly.
Jessie Street, between Glenoaks Boulevard and a point 353 feet southwesterly.
Library Street, southwest side, between Maclay Avenue and Brand Boulevard.
Maclay Avenue, southeast side, between San Fernando Road and Celis Street.
Meyer Street, southeasterly side, between Truman Street and the Southern Pacific Railroad right-of-way, and along the northeasterly side of the southeasterly one-half of such portion of the street.
Park Avenue, southeast side of the northwesterly roadway, between First Street and Fourth Street.
Third Street, south side, between Macneil Street and Brand Boulevard, and along the north side, between Brand Boulevard and Newton Street.
Truman Street, northeasterly side, from a point commencing 30 feet southeasterly from the centerline of Kittridge Street and extending southeasterly 45 feet, and from a point commencing 22 feet northwesterly from the centerline of Wolfskill Street and extending northwesterly 300 feet.
Wolfskill Street, between San Fernando Road and Truman Street.

Sec. 90-952. - Truck routes.¶
In accordance with section 90-12 of this chapter and when signs are erected giving notice thereof, the following streets or portions of streets are declared to be truck traffic routes for the movement of vehicles exceeding a gross weight of 9,000 pounds, but not exceeding a maximum gross weight of 60,000 pounds:
Brand Boulevard, from Truman Avenue to the southwesterly city limits.
Glenoaks Boulevard, from the northwesterly city limits to the southeasterly city limits.
Hubbard Street, from the northeasterly city limits to the southwesterly city limits.
Mission Boulevard, from Truman Avenue to the southwesterly city limits.
Truman Street, from the northwesterly city limits to the southeasterly city limits.

Sec. 90-953. - Streets to be used by commercial vehicles.¶
In accordance with section 90-13 of this chapter, commercial vehicles with a capacity rating in excess of three-fourths ton, but not exceeding a maximum gross weight of 9,000 pounds, are prohibited from using the city streets, except the following:
Arroyo Avenue.
Brand Boulevard, from the southwesterly city limits to First Street.
Celis Street.
Chatsworth Drive, from Freeman Street to Pico Street.
Fifth Street, from Arroyo Avenue to Jessie Street.
First Street, between Brand Boulevard and Hubbard Avenue.
Fourth Street, from Jessie Street to the southeasterly boundary.
Fox Street:
From Fourth Street to Library Street.
From Truman Street to Pico Street.
Glenoaks Boulevard, from the southeasterly city limits to the northwesterly city limits.
Hubbard Avenue, from San Fernando Road to Fourth Street.
Huntington Street, from Truman Street to Celis Street.
Kalisher Street, from Truman Street to Pico Street.
Lazard Street, from Truman Street to Celis Street.
Library Street, from Fox Street to Park Avenue.
Maclay Avenue, from Pico Street to Truman Street.
Meyer Street, from Truman Street to Celis Street.
Mission Boulevard.
Park Avenue, between Fourth Street and Fifth Street.
