Sec. 50-41. - Obscene shows, exhibitions or entertainments.¶
(a) No person, either as owner, manager, producer, director, actor or agent or who acts in any other capacity, shall give, direct, present or participate in any drama, play, exhibition, show or entertainment or any scene, tableau, incident, part or portion of any drama, play, exhibition, show or entertainment, the contents of which would constitute obscenity under state law.
(b) No person shall exhibit or perform or participate in the presentation of any play or representation, the contents of which would constitute obscenity under state law.
