Sec. 46-26. - Parking and storage of house trailers generally.

No person shall keep a trailer coach or house trailer on any real property in the city which is not a duly licensed auto and trailer camp. However, a city resident may store his own trailer coach on his own property back of the building setback line when the coach is not in use.

Sec. 46-27. - Parking when inhabited.

No person shall use any trailer coach for living or sleeping quarters except in a duly licensed auto and trailer camp.

Sec. 46-28. - Prerequisites to issuance of business license for trailer courts.

No business license shall be issued for a trailer court in the city unless and until the following conditions are met and complied with:

(1) The proposed location of the trailer court contains a minimum of at least two acres.

(2) The trailer court shall be located only on property served by a sanitary sewer line.

(3) Sewer facilities for water closet use shall be available to every trailer space in the trailer court.

(4) All driveway areas shall be paved with a minimum of two-inch asphaltic surfacing or asphaltic concrete surfacing.

(5) If the proposed trailer court adjoins or abuts any R-zoned property, a six-foot masonry wall shall be erected and maintained along such line; provided, however, that the portion of the wall within any setback line shall conform to the requirements for fences from the property line to the building setback line.
