San Clemente Municipal Code Art. XI Severability

A. .....If any provisions of this chapter or the application thereof to any users or circumstances is held invalid, unenforceable, or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of this chapter or the application of such provision to other users or other circumstances shall not be affected.

B. .....If any section, subsection, clause or phrase of this chapter is for any reason held to be invalid, unenforceable or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the remaining portions of this chapter. The City Council declares that they would have passed said chapter by section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase thereof.
