§ 1.32.010. Applicability.¶
This chapter shall govern where no specific right of appeal is granted pursuant to this code to persons aggrieved by administrative actions taken by officers or bodies of the city.

§ 1.32.020. Filing of appeal.¶
A person aggrieved by an administrative action taken by an officer, board, commission, or other body of the city may appeal from the action to the city council by filing a written notice of appeal with the city clerk. Such notice shall concisely state the facts of the case and the grounds of appeal.

§ 1.32.030. Time for filing appeal.¶
Any appeal taken pursuant to this chapter shall be filed with the city clerk not later than ten days following the action appealed from.

§ 1.32.040. Hearing.¶
The city clerk shall have the matter set for hearing at a regular or special meeting of the city council and shall give the appellant written notice of the time and place of hearing at least five days before the hearing.

§ 1.32.050. Decision of city council final.¶
The decision of the city council taken after the appellant has had an opportunity to be heard is final.
