§ 3.70.010 FEES SET BY RESOLUTION.

Except as otherwise required by law and notwithstanding provisions of this code to the contrary, all fees provided for by this code or hereafter established shall be set by resolution of the Mayor and City Council and any contrary or conflicting fees set forth in this code shall thereafter be disregarded.
