§ 3.24.010 CREATED AND ESTABLISHED.¶
There is created and established a fund to be called the Traffic Safety Fund, and all funds received under and by virtue of the Cal. Vehicle Code, Division 18, Chapter 2, § 42200 shall be paid therein, and all expenditures therefrom shall only be made in accordance with said act.

§ 3.24.020 RECEIPT AND EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS.¶
To comply with the provisions of the Cal. Vehicle Code, Division 18, Chapter 2, § 42200, all funds received and expended under and by virtue of said act, since September 19, 1947, shall be placed in and expended from the Traffic Safety Fund.
