§ 12.60.010 DISTANCE FROM PUBLIC SCHOOLS.

It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to vend, sell or give away ice cream, ices, cornucopias, candy or soda-water from vehicles upon the public streets of the city within 12,000 feet of any public school house, except on Saturdays and Sundays.

§ 12.60.020 VIOLATION - PENALTY.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter is guilty of an infraction, which, upon conviction thereof, is punishable in accordance with the provisions of § 1.12.010.
