§ 3.07.001 DECLARATION OF DESIRE TO QUALIFY FOR AID.

The county declares that it desires to qualify to receive aid from the State of California under the provisions of Cal. Penal Code §§ 13522 and 13525.

§ 3.07.002 ADHERENCE TO STANDARDS; AGREEMENT.

Pursuant to Cal. Penal Code § 13510(c), the county will adhere to standards for recruitment and training established by the California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) for public safety dispatchers.

§ 3.07.003 ASCERTAINMENT OF ADHERENCE TO STANDARDS.

Pursuant to Cal. Penal Code § 13512, the Commission and its representatives may make such inquiries, as deemed appropriate by the Commission, to ascertain that the county’s public safety dispatcher personnel adhere to standards for selection and training established by the Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training.
