§ 3.01.060 CONSOLIDATION OF SAN JUAN BAUTISTA AND HOLLISTER DISTRICTS.¶
The San Juan Bautista Judicial District and Hollister Judicial District are hereby consolidated. (1966 Code, § 2-34) (Ord. 367, § 1)
§ 3.01.061 SAN BENITO COUNTY JUDICIAL DISTRICT; DESIGNATION; BOUNDARIES.¶
The Judicial District created by the consolidation shall be designated as the San Benito County Judicial District, the boundaries of which shall be coterminous with the boundaries of the County of San Benito, State of California. (1966 Code, § 2-35) (Ord. 367, § 2)
§ 3.01.062 SAME; SESSIONS.¶
Sessions of the San Benito County Judicial District shall be held in the City of Hollister. (1966 Code, § 2-36) (Ord. 368, § 1; Ord. 430)
§ 3.01.063 EFFECTIVE DATE OF CONSOLIDATION.¶
The provisions of this article shall become operative on the first Monday of January, 1977. (1966 Code, § 2-37) (Ord. 367, § 4)
