6-5.01 - Licensing of bingo games.¶
The Town Administrator is hereby authorized to issue licenses to conduct bingo games within the Town to those organizations which meet the criteria established in Section 326.5 of the Penal Code of the State upon the payment of an annual license fee of Ten and no/100ths ($10.00) Dollars.
