4-14.01 - Nudity on public property prohibited.¶
It is hereby declared to be unlawful and a misdemeanor for any person to wilfully appear in, on, or about any public building, park, square, preserve, place, avenue, street, alley, easement, or right-of-way in the City in such state of dress or undress so as to expose the private parts of the anatomy of such person or to expose the breast or breasts if such person is a female.

4-14.02 - Minimum fine.¶
Any person convicted for a violation of the provisions of this chapter for the first time shall be punishable by a fine of not less than One Hundred Fifty and no/100ths ($150.00) Dollars, nor more than Five Hundred and no/100ths ($500.00) Dollars, or by imprisonment in the County Jail not exceeding six (6) months, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Any person convicted under the provisions of this chapter for a second or any subsequent conviction shall be punishable by a fine of not less than Two Hundred and no/100ths ($200.00) Dollars, nor more than Five Hundred and no/100ths ($500.00) Dollars, and by imprisonment in the County Jail for not less than five (5) days nor more than six (6) months. In any case, if probation shall be granted, the Court shall require, as a condition of such probation, that the defendant pay the minimum fine provided for in this section.
