San Anselmo Municipal Code Ch. 4 Sales of Beverages in Returnable Bottles: Required Signs

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to sell at retail in the City any mineral waters, soda waters, or any other carbonated or uncarbonated beverage commonly known as a soft drink unless there is posted in the immediate vicinity of the counter, cabinet, showcase, or other place where such beverages are on sale a conspicuous sign containing the following language: "The City of San Anselmo reminds you that buying beverages in returnable bottles saves the environment and may save you money."
