Sec. 32-1. - Transfer of duties of assessor and collector to county.

All of the duties of the city assessor are assigned to the county assessor, and all of the duties of the city collector relating to the collection of real and personal property taxes are assigned to the tax collector of the county. This section is adopted pursuant to the provisions of Section 42 of the Charter of the city and pursuant to the provisions of Title 5, Division 1, Part 2, Chapter 2 of the Code of the state.
