Sec. 21E-02.37. - Power lines.

All signs shall be so located that clearances from overhead power and service lines shall be as required by the regulations of the Public Utilities Commission, Section 385 of the Penal Code, and the Orders of the Division of Industrial Safety of the state.

Sec. 21E-02.38. - Interference with adjacent properties.

No sign or sign structure shall be erected in such a manner as to block the light, air, or view from any window of any building or structure located on any adjacent lot. No sign or sign structure shall be so located as to block the visibility from an adjacent street of any existing sign or sign structure on any adjacent lot.
