9.32.010 - Prohibited.

No person shall loiter about the principal roads or other places within the City.

9.32.020 - Violation—Penalty.

Any person violating this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not more than two hundred fifty dollars or by imprisonment in the City or County Jail for a period not exceeding three months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
