9.24.010 - Prohibited.

It is unlawful for any person to appear in or upon any public place within the City in an intoxicated condition.

9.24.020 - Violation—Penalty.

Any person violating any provision of this chapter, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars or by imprisonment in the County Jail for a period not to exceed six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
