2.16.010 - City inclusion in County Consolidated Fire Protection District.¶

In accordance with the terms and provisions of the California Health and Safety Code, Section 13948, the City by its City Council requests the Consolidated Fire Protection District of Los Angeles County to include the entire City and all territory within its established boundaries as described in Exhibit "A" of the ordinance codified in this section, so that all of the territory within the City shall be a part of the Consolidated Fire Protection District of Los Angeles County.
