2.12.010 - Transfer of duties to County.¶
Pursuant to the authority granted by Section 51501 of the Government Code of the State of California, the duties of the City Assessor and the City Tax Collector are transferred to the Assessor and Tax Collector of the County.

2.12.020 - Abolishment of offices.¶
The offices of City Assessor and City Tax Collector are abolished.
