2.08.010 - Establishment of time and place for regular meetings of the city council.¶
The city council shall, by resolution, establish the time and place for its regular meetings.

2.08.020 - Adoption of council protocols.¶
The city council shall, by resolution, adopt protocols by which the city council conducts its meetings and members of the city council conduct city business.
