10.53.010 - Privately owned and maintained roads—Open for public use.¶
The city council finds and declares that the hereinafter described property is a privately owned and maintained roadway within the city limits and is generally open for the use of the public for vehicular travel and which so connect with highways that the public cannot determine that the roads are not highways.
A. All that portion of Meadow Pines Avenue which intersects Civic Center Drive to the north and Copeland Creek Drive to the south.
B. For purposes of this section, "roadway" shall include all improved curbs and sidewalks bordering the paved surface used primarily for vehicular travel.

10.53.020 - California Vehicle Code reference.¶
Pursuant to the authority of section 21107.5 of the California Vehicle Code, the council declares that all provisions of the California Vehicle Code shall apply to the above described privately owned and maintained roadway.
