10.04.010 - Adoption of Uniform Traffic Ordinance.

All of the provisions of the Uniform Traffic Ordinance, 1964 Edition, adopted by the league of California cities, except Sections 1.2, 2.7, 2.8, 13, 13.1 and 13.2 are adopted and made a part of the ordinance codified in this chapter as though fully set forth herein.

Three copies of this Uniform Traffic Ordinance are on file for use and examination by the public in the office of the city clerk of this city.

10.04.020 - References to city and city council.

Whenever reference is made in said Uniform Traffic Ordinance to the "city" or to the "city council," such reference shall be to the city of Rohnert Park and to the council of the city of Rohnert Park.

10.04.030 - City traffic engineer.

The office of city traffic engineer is established. The city engineer shall serve as city traffic engineer in addition to his other duties, and shall exercise the powers and duties with respect to traffic as provided in this title.

10.04.040 - Violation—Penalties.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this title is guilty of a misdemeanor. Any person who is convicted of a violation of this title is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars or by imprisonment for not exceeding six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
