16.40.040 - Petition filing—Commission report—Council action.¶

Petitions for reversions to acreage shall be considered by the commission. The commission shall file a report with recommendations on the reversion with the council, and the council shall act thereon in the manner prescribed by Section 66499.15 through 66499.17 of the Subdivision Map Act.

The petition for reversion to acreage shall be accompanied by a fee to be determined by resolution of the council.
