8.16.010 - County regulations adopted.¶
The Placer County Health and Sanitation Regulations, Chapter 8 of the Placer County Code as revised on September 1, 1980, is adopted by reference. There are three copies of those regulations on file in the office of the clerk for use and examination by the public.

8.16.020 - Violation—Enforcing authority.¶
Notwithstanding any other provision of the Code adopted in Section 8.16.010, any person who violates any provision is guilty of a misdemeanor, as such is now, or may hereafter be defined, by the laws of the state of California. For the purposes of Ordinance No. 353, the official or officials designated as the enforcing authority under the code adopted by Section 8.16.010, and/or the city manager, shall be the enforcing authority.
