16.40.010 - Application.¶
Any person owning real property within the city may apply for the issuance of a certificate of compliance as set forth in Section 66499.35 of the Subdivision Map Act.

16.40.020 - Fee.¶
The application shall be accompanied by a fee as determined by resolution of the council.

16.40.030 - Commission consideration—Appeal to council.¶
The commission shall consider the application. An appeal to the council from a decision of the commission may be filed with the clerk by any interested person, in writing, within ten days after a decision by the commission.
