8.66.010 - Purpose.

The director of environmental health is hereby authorized to apply to the commissioner of the California Highway Patrol to obtain permits for vehicles to be used for responding to hazardous materials emergencies.

8.66.020 - Vehicle approval.

The vehicles selected for use in this program shall first be approved by the head of fleet services and the head of county risk management before submittal to the commissioner of the Highway Patrol.
