16.46.010 Purpose. ¶
The purposes of the resource conservation district are to:
A. Conserve and protect the natural resources along the Stanislaus River within the City’s boundaries;
B. Provide maximum public access the River resources;
C. Achieve a visually pleasing and compatible relationship between urban development and the natural environment;
D. Provide appropriate standards and criteria
16.46.020 Uses Permitted With a Site Plan Review. ¶
A. Public Facilities.
B. Park and Recreation Facilities.
C. Public Golf Courses.
Any change in use in the district requires a use permit after a public hearing by the Planning Commission. (Ord. 606, 1999)
16.46.030 Subdivisions Not Permitted. ¶
Subdivision of land is not permitted within the RC (Resource Conservation) District. (Ord. 606, 1999)
16.46.040 Development Standards . ¶
The height, area minimum yards and parking requirements will be determined by the Planning Commission as a condition of a use permit. (Ord. 606, 1999)
